Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to smocking with Alex!
Smocking is a beautiful form of fabric manipulation that combines pleating and embroidery to create texture, dimension, and structure. In this workshop, Alex will teach two classic smocking techniques - honeycomb and flower.
You'll learn the basics of each technique and leave with new skills you can use to add texture and detail to your own clothing, textiles, and art projects.
No experience necessary; all materials provided.
