Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to mending with Alex!

This workshop will focus on darning, a simple and satisfying technique for repairing holes, worn spots, and thinning fabric. We'll also briefly discuss other mending traditions, including Sashiko, while building practical skills you can use to extend the life of your favorite clothes and textiles.

You're welcome to bring a garment you'd like to mend, but not needed, as we will practice with the fabric and materials provided in class.

Perfect for anyone interested in slow fashion, sustainability, textile crafts, or learning how to repair rather than replace.

No experience necessary; all materials provided. Come mend with us!
